Please provide as much information as possible prior to the consultation including all relevant documents. Our preparation is included in the cost of the consultation.

We will provide guidance on the issue you have encountered and what needs to be done to complete a proper application.

However, as we are not completing the forms nor submitting the application to the Court, we cannot guarantee that the Court will accept the application that you file.
