Our Process

1. Tell us the details

Use one of our simple forms to provide us information about the estate.  for your convenience, we this form in 3 versions – online web form, fillable Word document or fillable PDF.  You can download the forms or have them emailed to you.  You complete the form at your pace at home and then send us the information when you are ready.

2. Our engagement letter

We provide you with an letter that summarizes our understanding of the estate, our recommendations and advice, and confirms our flat fee.  If you accept, this will be our contract.

3. You decide

You review our letter, ask questions if you have them, and then pay the first installment.  You can take your time if needed – no pressure, no stress, we are ready to start when you are.

4. Filing and Certificate

We prepare and file your application (with all the right payments, signatures and enclosures) with the right Court.  Promptly.  We then follow up on the application, address any further issues, and ensure that your Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee is issued by the Court.
